unexpected reboot on dl380g4

DL380G4 is rebooted unexpectedly when I try to copy some data over 20GB.
Both Internal copying and External copying(server to another server) are not working.
That server is used by file-server and configured with 146.8gb*2(RAID 1, SA6i) and EMC Storage.

Please Let me know why dl380 is rebooted unexpectedly.
