unexpected system shutdown

I have a Proliant ml350, 2-3 times a week it makes a "unexpected system shutdown" normaly about the same time at night 23:4x, when I arrive the next morning, the screen shows the screensaver logo in one fixed position. when restarted everything works fine.
I´ve tryed to move the starttime of the backup from 23:00 to 21:00 whitout any results :-(
There are no users at work after 17:00.
Any ideas?
