uninstall compaq power management

We moved a DL580 (W2k) from a Compaq ups to a APC ups and want to uninstall the Compaq Power Management Agent. But I can't find a uninstall program or something in add/remove programs.

Does anyone know how I can properly uninstall the Compaq Power Management Agent?

I would recommend attempting the install of the power mgmt agent from the management cd. It should ask to uninstall the current installation.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
