uninstalled Gigabyte switch

Hi I have a DL380 G3 server and it has the Compaq NIC7131 Gigabyte adaptor attached to it. I was just looking at the configuration and by mistake hit the uninstall button for slot 2. Now all of them are uninstalled and I get a message to restart the machine to get the HP Networking tool started.
When I do ipconfig -all, I get an error message: FATAL ERROR : registry has inconsistent entries.
The server works fine but I am scared to restart the server as I do not know the configuration. Can anyone help. Thanks
