unknown device on cq50

i use cq50-104au with xp operating system..in devive manager there are unknown device..this cause my sound not working properly..somebody help me pls..

are you sure you are in the right place? Why would you be running XP on a server.
Still It is obviously a driver issue, try all the drivers you have. This may require re-installing the O/S and some patience as so far as I know there are no supported XP servers.
