updating BD0728A4C4 hard-drive without having ther proliant server

I've just bought this server hard-drive. It is from a Proliant ML370 G3 server.
It is working properly, but, as you can see on the pictures on this french forum, the writing data-rate is obviously limited (40MB/s). http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/Hardware/HDD/apparemment-ecriture-disque-sujet_810033_1.htm

The installed firmware is HPB4 & i'd like to update to HPB4 (C), hoping it will solve this problem. But HP Firmware maintenance CD cannot start on my machine...

Is there any way to update the hard-drive firmware without using this tool ?
I do not own the proliant server and cannot update by this way...

Another pieces of information:

since this drive is an OEM Cheetah 10K.7 (ST373207LC) i contacted the Seagate support, but they do not have any available firmware.
I also tried to update the HPB4 firmware using Seatools Enterprise Edition tool, but it doesn't work either.

Thanks for your help,

V.

Well;

Finally i tried something new, moving the disk to another computer with windows xp installed...

Firmware updating utility is starting... but stop at step 2 ( hardware detection i remember)...

I've got Firmware Maintenance Disc v 7.91.

Am i cursed?
