upgrade 2nd processor

I need to purchase the 2nd processor for DL380 G5 server, type of processor: Intel Xeon 4C E5335 @ 2Ghz 8Mb L2.

You need part # 437941-B21. This is the kit for the DL380 G5 which will include all necessary components to ensure proper installation and cooling.

It looks like this kit is still available at various online outlets.
