upgrade 800Mhz to 1.26Mhz on a DL320

What are the steps to do upgrade a DL 320 with an 800Mhz PIII to a 1.26Ghz PII? I have current Rompaqs installed, but cannot findany documentation for this.

When you purchased the 1.26 Ghz CPU did you also purchase the System board that supports this CPU?
The part number for the System Board is 260142-001.
The other systemboard can only support up to a 1Ghz CPU.
