utility that graphs power usage

I'd like to conduct a power usage profile on my servers. Is there a windows (both x86 and x64) utility that can audit power consumption in watts?

hi

you want to measure Watts usage in a period of time? in different servers according with workload?????

if so you might take a look for something like HP SIM with Insight Power Manager (IPM)
