version control agent saying I need Intel Chipset Identifier for Windows Server 2003

well so far the vcagent is doing the following: (it got worse)

- reporting rom's that aren't updated
- reporting wrong chipset identifier on bl25 g1(s) but not all of them
- reporting ilo isn't updated but it is (have to add remote insight agent back into hp agents for rackmount servers that don't have ilo's cabled, so then I get an orange status for the ilo connection.)
- systems management homepage stops occasionally and needs to be restarted because of vcagent..


Overall I like keeping things up to date but this is really slowing down my upgrade because as soon as I do it I get yellow's and oranges all through insight manager and the people ask me why and I don't have an answer for them.
