Hi, everybody. . .

I have a customer in Mexico and he needs to install a Capture of Video Winnov videum 4400 av express into DL180 G5, but the card isn't discovered by the server (bios and OS).

The card was intall into DL380 server, and was discovered without problem by the Bios and the OS.

I tried to install the card on all PCI slots of DL180, but the issue its there again.

Can somebody give me any idea about it to solve this issue?

The customer need to do this actions on hundred of servers

no matter which PCI-Express you are using is not being recognized?

have you tried clear CMOS?
have you tried different System ROM versions?

Once installed the card, the server start without problem.

The card was tested in two servers DL180G5 and the issue still. Yesterday Technical people of HP help us to replacement the System board, but the problem wasn't solved
The original System has different revision respect to the system board replacement.
