Guys,

I need some info about the warrenty on servers. Is it through that new servers got 3 years next business day response so i dont need to buy an extra carepack?

yes, new servers will have 3 yrs contract with next business day coverage.

In order to have the warranty/care pack/contract information, please send an email with the serial numbers to the HP’s Fixed Care Pack Team at SRG@hp.com. The team can also be contacted through phone at 1-800-407-6210 or through Fax at 281-667-3359.

Not all the servers go with onsite three years warranty , few 100 series servers only go with parts exchange warranty
