wasswervice.exe memory error

Hey, we use several DL 140 Servers using Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition w/ SP 1. I have recently gotten a memory error on one of my boxes.

The insstruction at "0x004023ee" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memory could nto be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program


Does anyone know what this is caused by and if there is a resolution to this. We have ordered four new 1 gig sticks of memory in case its just a bad stick of ram. Any further suggestions or information on this would be great. I will attach a photo of the exact error. Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks.
