win2k on Proliant 3000

Hi,
I have just received a Proliant 3000 (300MHz) I am planning to install win2k Server on the unit, I have the correct Rompaq (4.15A) also the windows 2000 support Pack for this particular Server, are there any other areas I should cover before I start the install of the Base OS?
