windows 2003 getting reboot automatically

Hi am using windows 2003 R2 SP2, its getting rebooted automatically
here is the error code
1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 808933b0, parameter3 f606891c, parameter4 00000000".

What kind of server is it?
Is it a file server/TS/SQL server?

What does the event viewer show...

etc..

DO you have citrix install on this server?

What do you have in event logs(System & Application)?

Nope its just Domain controller,nothing i ve installed
