x64 exception type 2 - nmi detected.

after installing cisco ucs virtual interface card 1385 on a gen9 dl380 it wont boot.it shows an error in pci early initializing step.

x64 exception type 2 - nmi detected. 

plz help.i'm in big trouble!!
