0080-51,0090-64 errors

hello ,my machine is hp net server lpr,
when i boot the machine,it meets an error
"0080-51,0090-64",and when i update the BIOS to resolve the problem,i get a "Error sdredit.exe failed",how should i do next to resovle this questions?thank you very very much !
