A parity error was detected on \Device\Scsi\Cpq32fs22
I'm setting up a Compaq Proliant 1600 server for a non-profit organisation. It has a 32-bit SCSI Controller which is connected to a 7-drive SCSI hot-swap array.
The problem seems to appear after booting into Win2k Server. The error message:
A parity error was detected on \Device\Scsi\Cpq32fs22
appears in the System Log, even though the drives are all online, and the O/S appears to be able to detect the drives (at least enough to tell me that they have now been removed).
Anyone have a fix for this problem, or know the cause.
Nightmoon.

Re: A parity error was detected on \Device\Scsi\Cpq32fs22
check cabling and eventually change it
