AP550 WS or Proliant 1600?

I have the oppurtunity to aquire either an AP500 workstation with an 866 processor, or a Proliant 1600 with two 450 processors. I am starting an internet based business and would like to know which would be better. They are both the same price.

I suggest you go for Proliant 1600.

What application or o/s you are going to load on the server?

Thankyou,

I was intending to load XP Pro. But after reading a couple of articles, I was thinking if Firefox or Opera may be viable options, as it will initially be used as a desktop PC. Not sure if these two alterniatves will pick up the host drive as it is an SCSI unit. Any thoughts?
