ASR updating ML370 G3 to ver 7.9

ASR updating ML370 G3 to ver 7.9

We're attempting to install the Foundation Pack v7.9 and repeatedly getting hung at the start of the firmware maintenance. There is no error but in the HP log the message is an ASR was detected.

SmartStart is run first with no errors.

Any ideas?
