After Installation PSP 8.00 - Trouble

I have installed PSP 8.00 (HP DL580) Windows Server 2003, After installation I rebooted the Server and checked the required services. IIS service was not started and i tried to restart the IIS service, it was throwing an error like IIS Service not start error 2146893813,
Please find the installation log and help me to resolve the issue, or root cause
