We're running oa version 2.25 and ilo v1.60
Any help much appreciated.

First advice is to upgrade to latest OA and iLO firmware. HP support will ask for that to open a case. Upgrading did not help us.
A month ago we changed OA, network module and several other components in the chassis. Haven't seen the error since, but I am not sure we have got rid of it...

We've had this issue on 3 blade chassis now - very frustrating as powering off the entire chassis is an extreme solution.

Make sure all Blades ILO in chassis have latest 1.70 firmware
