BL35p windows 2000 installation problem

I tried to install windows 2000 advanced server trough Ilo on a Blade BL35p with two ide 60gb harddrives.
I start with the smartstart 7.6 iso, when this application ask for the windows cd a connect this trough the virtual media connector. The system see the cd and continue preparing. When smart start is ready with coping the needed files it release the cd and reboot the bl35p. then I see only on the screen. attempting boot from hard drive (c:)
This screen is staying now for 6 hour'. I have also tried this with windows 2003 server and the same result, I have changed harddrives same problem I have tried this in a BL30p same problem. what do I wrong.
