BL685c Blade Qlogic FC not showing up

Does anybody have any pointers on how to connect the HBA on a BL685c though the VC-FC Modules. I have two 4 port modules and can see Qlogic FC Controllers on the server, but my switch cannot see them. I cannot find any documentation or drivers to know if I have the right ones. There does not seem to be any way to configure the driver as well.
