we get by a HP DL380 since two weeks the following Blue screens

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000000, 0xF773D1D0, 0xBE000300, 0x1008081F))
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000000, 0x8056C780, 0xBE000300, 0x1008081F)).

Our HP driver version 7.10 and the OS system is Microsoft Server 2003.

Have somewhere a idea which can be the reason of the blue screens ?

Exacly the same here. Server keeps rebooting (ASR).

Your opinion is that the error is caused by a hardware defect, maybe motherboard, processor or controller.
