CLP Interface access? DL145 G2

Still trying to upload firmware to a non-floppy DL145 G2....
-Pursuing using the Integrated Light out to boot a virtual floppy image.
-The web inteface won't work until you create a DSA certificate and load it using tftp.
-tftp "load" is a CLP command.
-I have followed instructions to create telnet access to light-out 100i.
-When I telnet in and login as default admin/admin, I get one EMS> prompt, then SAC> prompts after that.
-help shows no options for CLP.
-typing in CLP commands, returns that they are not recognized.
