Our netserver E800 was crashed, when I try to do the repair by using Windows NT server disk and selected repair, I got message that was: can not find Hard drive, so I have to do a fresh install.
I used HP Navigator for first fresh installation, is that the format diffrent with normal installation with Windows NT disk which cause the problem?
Thanks for your information.

Solution
The NT setup will not see a hard disk on a Netserver if you allow the setup to autodetect mass storage controllers. The controller where your hard disk is installed should be the first driver installed. The only way to do this is to skip mass storage detection when booting to the floppy disks, or to press F6 when prompted when booting to the NT cdrom. The navigator script will do this automaticly. You can get complete instructions for installing NT from here:

the instructions for the manual 3 diskette install will be similar to the repair procedure.
