Cannot install Hyper-V role into WS2016 in HPE Proliant Microserver Gen8

Hi all!

When i try install Hyper-V Role with additional components in Windows Server 2016, I reboot Operative System and the OS cannot finish the installation, doing rollback with this message: Installation is not possible. Undoing Changes

I have disabled VT-D into BIOS, removed energy from server and start this, but nothing.

Does anyone know what can happen?
