Cannot install Storage Device

I have DL380 G6 Proliant. I am trying to install linux Ent. 4. But When i try to creat floppy in my windows vista through rawrite.exe it gives me error.

C:\>rawrite
RaWrite 1.2 - Write disk file to raw floppy diskette

Enter source file name: cpq_cciss-2.6.20-23.rhel4.i686.dd
cpq_cciss-2.6.20-23.rhel4.i686.dd: No such file or directory

Please help me how i can make diskettes for storage controller.?

Is it possible that the virus scanner is seeing the file that contains multiple file extensions (several periods in the file name) as a potential threat? I had a similar problem attempting to extract the ProLiant Support Pack for this reason.
