Console locked in Proliant ML370 G3

Hi

I Can't acces using the console in a Proliant ML370 G3, I use win 2003 standard edition, 3 days ago the access using the console is not work, I change the KVM switch cable, and the KVM switch port, I restarted the server, but doesn't work. I can't access to using ILO, I cant move the mouse pointer but the keybord don't response. I can acces the server usign remote access. What can I do?

You mention that you restarted the server - was that after moving the KVM cables?

Did your server restart include power-cyling the box? You probably need to completely remove power and then see if the console comes back on the reboot.

Yes, I turn the power off in my server, but the keyboard is woring only one day in that, but if I change the KVM switch port woring only one day too.
