Cooler is too loud (linux)

Cooler is too loud (linux)

Any server (for example DL380)
When i have windows installed, cooler is loud at start only. After that windows makes it quiet.
In case of linux cooler is loud during whole time. May be need special utilities?

Advanced Server Management (Health) Driver Package

install Sys Driver and latest System ROM if needed
