Re: DL & ML servers

Hi Radhika,

Since the DL servers are Rack Optimized they do not have much space and more hardware components. The DL servers are normally 1U or 2U (1U = 1.75" depth). These are flat bed type.

However, with ML servers they are expansion optimized (tower models) and are more spacious to add hardware components.

Re: DL & ML servers

can someone tell me , what extra hardware components can be added on a ML, that cannot be added on a DL server ?

Also is there any problem in running a server with its full load capacity ie in terms of processor, memory etc or is it recommended in such a case to go in for a next higher model server?
