DL100 G2 - Recovery issue

I try to recover my ProLiant DL100 G2 with the recovery DVD.
It fails with the following scenario.
The server boots from DVD, tells me that the RAID as it is is invalid, builts the RAID again, then restarts, and shows the same message again! It end up in an endless loop!!

We changed the following parts: Server (exchange unit), raid-controller, sata cables, hdd's.

I tried with the 5.5.1 and 6.0.1 restore DVD's - same result! Anybody an idea on that??
