I have problem, every single time I remote into the server and try to reboot it, it just hangs their I have to go in manually to reboot it, everything is up to date any suggestions?

1/ Do you see the same behaviour when logged in locally?
2/ Try base configuration - 1 Proc, 1 Pair Memory, No PCI cards
3/ Look for health indicators, iLo/IML logs

If it is Winows Server 2003 ther is a hotfix at MS.
Otherwise you may use the command tsshutdn

I tried the tsshutdn comm., and it was doing the same thing and It is Win 2003 server, where would I be able to get the hot fix?

Try :
shutdown -f -r -t 005 and logoff
