DL360G3 mystery jumpers

I was looking at the system I/O module in a DL360G3 yesterday, and I noticed three two-pin jumper posts in approximately the center of the module. The jumpers are marked J18, J19 and J20. There is no jumper on J18, but there is a jumper on J19 and J20. The decal on the lid says nothing about the jumpers. I've searched everywhere I can think of and can find no mention of jumpers. I've called Tech Assist and they can find nothing. I've attached a photo so you can see I'm not making this up!
