DL360G5+NC360T=RegularReboots
Windows recorded (102) Event 1003 in the event log and a stop code of 0x1000008e, kernel mode exception not handled: bad driver? Bad Ram? The server wasn't plugged into the Internet before this happened: so I don't think its i386p or the rootkit Microsoft mentions on their site.
Downloaded a fresh copy of the driver; between the second and third reboot and that didn't seem to help.
It's stayed up over the weekend, unplugged on the bench.
First day I plugged it in, it dumped twice, 7 AM and 11AM. So, I put in a different NC360T, and it dumped within the hour.
Been fine since August 28, so far.
I'm going to update the firmware with the fabulous HP CD.
Any ideas?

Sorry I've been away so long. I was out of the office.
