DL380 G4 Network teaming

We have a DL380 G4 and have teamed the NIC's. Everything seems fine, except we have 2 HP JetDirect cards that we can't ping.

I can ping them from other servers on the network. If we remove the cable from one of the NIC's I can then ping the JetDirect. If I break the team, then I can ping the JetDirect.

NIC's are HP NC7782 with the 8.52.0.0 driver
Teaming is using version 8.35

OS on the server is Windows 2003

Has anyone seen this before?? or got any Ideas?
