DL380 G4 Windows 2003 Terminal Server - Blue Screen

I've 3 Server DL380 G4 with the same Configuration and the newest Rom revisions on all components. From time to time the servers is hanging on bluescreen and the ASR is detected by system rom. no entries are displayed in eventlog. at first was:
0x0000000a (0xcfe02540, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8059a089)
since last 2 weeks is:
0x000000C5 ()
The bluescreen is coming without and with user are connected on terminalserver. I've no ideas to solve this problem now
