DL380 G4 with 3 Smartarray 6400
Hello,
we have a problem with our 6400 controllers in our DL380.
The controller in Slot 1 works fine. The other controllers (Slot2+3) always have a write error when the BBWC is enabled. The error always has the same location on the HD. When the BBWC is turned off, no write error occoures.
We have this problem on 2 DL380 Machines with the same configuration.
Thanks for help.

Re: DL380 G4 with 3 Smartarray 6400
Hi,
I would first make sure you have the latest Firmware on the 6i onboard controller, the 6400 controller and the ROMBIOS of the server.
See: www.hp.com/servers/swdrivers
if that still doesn't fix this issue then I would like to encourage you to log a call with HP support so the issue can be worked on.
best regards, jeroen kleen
