DL380 G5 automatic shutdown and shows red light in Internal Health LED/ amber in Over Temp.

guys i need your expert opinion or advice on how to deal with this problem: "DL380 G5 automatic shutdown and shows red light in Internal Health LED and an amber light in Over Temp. Then it powers up on her own. It only shuts down if you remove the power cable. Can anyone help me?
