DL380 G5 only runs when NIC speed set to "Auto"

I've got a brand new dl380 g5 running Win 2003 SP2. All of our other servers (hundreds) are set at 100 full duplex. Other servers of this same model work as well. I've tried multiple switches with the same result. Changing to 100 FD comes up with the message that the network cable is unplugged.

A crossover cable to a laptop works. Using a netgear pocket hub works.

The nic is a NC373i with driver 4.8.4. The bios is the latest as well.

The second nic is disabled.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris

What are the speed/duplex detected when set to auto ?

It turns out the problem I was having was a cabling issue. It's working fine now.
