DL380 Gen6 : EventID:1204 Drive Array Accelerator Status Change.

DL380 Gen6 사용자 입니다. 이벤트로그에 1204 메시지가 있어서 해결 방법 문의 드립니다.

아래는 Event 메시지 입니다. 로그를 보면, 약 하루(24시간) 간격으로 이벤트가 발생하며, 첫번째 메시지 발생 후 대략 1시간 30분후 두 번째 메시지가 발생합니다. 슬롯이 인식됐다 안됐다하는거 같네요.

EventID:1204 Detail:Drive Array Accelerator Status Change. The array accelerator board attached to the array controller in Slot 0 has a new status of 4. (Accelerator status values: 1=other, 2=notConfigured, 3=enabled, 4=tmpDisabled, 5=permDisabled) [SNMP TRAP: 3038 in CPQIDA.MIB]

조금 알아보니 베터리 교체 혹은 펌웨어 업그레이드로 해결 가능하다고 하는데,

정확한 조치 방법이 알고 싶습니다. 펌웨어 업그레이드가 가능하다면 업그레이드 파일 경로 확인 부탁드립니다. (DL380 Gen6 x86)
