DL380 Windows 2003 does not see 2nd processor.

Re-built system with 2003 server and OS only sees one processor. Bios and compaq/HP utilities sees 2 processors. Is there a driver I need to install?

Any help apreciated

I ran into the same problem. Solved it by installing the multiprocessor HAL. See the article at microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/309283
