DL380 win2k cloning

I've got 3 DL380 (dual 1Ghz). Win2k is installed on the first one with 2 drives in raid1. Other systems have same kind of disks and RAM.

I want to clone the install to the other 2 machines. I shutdown the first machine, break the Raid1 mirror and put that disk in the 2nd box. System boots, finds a logical drive, and Win2k starts but hangs after loading mup.sys

Anyone familiar with this process? Can this even work?
