DL380G4 DC 2.8 Ghz

I'm running a DL380 G4 with two Dual-Core 2.80GHz processors, i have found that EM64T is supported on this processor at the following link:

http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SL8UB

What i would like to know is, when installing VMware ESX 3 on this machine, will i be able to run Windows 64 bits machines on this platform?
