DL380G4 NIC Teaming / MS Critical Hotfixes
We have a DL380 G4 with both NICS Teamed using the latest version of the HP Nic Teaming software. Last night the server pulled down the latest MS hotfixes:
KB890923
KB893066
KB893086
KB890859
KB893803
KB842773
Upon Reboot the NIC Team (using HP NC10xx/67xx/77xx/150x/320x Gigabit Ethernet NIC Driver for Windows Server 2003 - 7.103.0.0)would not transmuit any packets, would recieve but not send.
Firstly removed the hotfixes, this did not help.
Then reinstalled the NIC Teaming software it then worked again. Problem is as soon as i reboot the server it stops working. I have tried versions 7.103.0.0 and 7.80.0.0
of the NIC teaming but neither helped. it still stops transmitting upon reboot.
Any ideas?
Jeff

Re: DL380G4 NIC Teaming / MS Critical Hotfixes
Fully reinstall Network Configuration Utility (delete it from NIC Properties)
Uninstall NIC from Dev Mng, Find q57xp32.sys under Sys32 folder - delete it
Reinstall NIC drive upon reboot and Install Network Utility
