DL760 G2 RILO issue

I have 100's of HP server with RILO's but this is the first time I have seen this happen. I have a new DL760G2 at a remote site. Sent over with an install of RHELAS3 completed and tested RILO communication before. I can log into the RILO but the remote console is prompting me for a login even when the box is off. It does not change to POST when the server is booted either. Looks like this:

Login Name: JjgNiotIlFY...............
Password: ******************************
Login Name: SESSION MAIN

Any help is greatly appriciated!
