Dagent can't show mac address in WinPE and hold the process

Hi all,
I have a big problem about Dagent in WinPE. I am using RDP v3.9 SP1 and installed the build 6.9.177 hotfix.
When i boot the server to WinPE and waiting the Deployment Server assign the job, the WinPE Dagent hasn't show the server mac address, and then hold in this status for a long time(the screen look like attachment 1.JPG).

Anyone know what's the problem?

At this moment, i try to install the hotfix again(screen attachment 2.jpg)

then the Dagent look like refesh the connection and show up the mac address in the dagent ui.(screen attachment 3.jpg)

finally , the deployment job run fine.(screen attachment 4.jpg)

Anyone know what's the problem?
