Data Protector Express Key Problem

I got the key for a copy of Data Protector Express Single Server.

The web site appears to have given me a key for "HP Data Protector Express Single Server Upg LTU" which I assume is corp-speak for an upgrade?

When I try to install the license over the eval license, it warns me that there's no existing license to upgrade, won't take it.

Did I do something wrong or did someone order the wrong product/key? It came in the nice pretty box like the web site shows, and I saw nothing prominent to indicate "UPGRADE" which you would assume such a product would carry?

I may be in the wrong forum? I didn't see anything that said "software" forum...
