Data Protector Express error:131

I have a problem with error 131.
On every backup log is in "Boot track status" information in red colour that "Error:131 Instance is not licenced"

I have 1 Ultrium tape drive buyed with SingleServer v. 3.x.
When we installed 2nd server accessible was only ver.4.
However he did not longer than 1 year from first purchase. We had free upgrade from 3.x to 4.x. We received licence with upgrade from 3.x Single Server Edition version to 4.x full version Also we buyed aditional licence licence (option) for second server.

After upgrade we still have this massage.

This 2 licences are installed and have active status

I don't know what is wrong.
